Util-linux 32 bit logger install with multilib systems

In the 32bit step we move the logger. Later on in the 64bit step we do the same thing. Since the 64 bit step moves the logger where it should be and will overwrite the 32 bit logger from the 32 bit build, I think the 32 bit logger should not even be moved in the first place.

Omit: Move the logger binary to /bin as it is needed by the CLFS-Bootscripts package: Omit: mv -v /usr/bin/logger /bin
