Description
Rsyslog download location has changed or wasn't correct to begin with.
The download location is http://www.rsyslog.com/rsyslog-6-2-0-v6-stable/

The link was missing the "http://" prefix so was appending the download location to the current URL.
I.E.
http://cross-lfs.org/view/svn/x86/materials/www.rsyslog.com/files/download/rsyslog/rsyslog-6.2.0.tar.gz
