Move e2fsprogs and other filesys stuff into beyond

e2fsprogs isn't required for an embedded build, it should move into the beyond section.

It would also be nice to have software for other filesystems that could be used. Those should also go into the beyond section. Short list: ext*, jffs2, squash, reiser2, jfs, xfs, etcetera...

e2fsprogs is now in beyond. Version 1.41.14 (that's currently in the book) covers ext2,3,4.

Some other file system tools info that's not yet incorporated into the book:

• jffs2 doesn't seem to have a special userspace set of tools
• squashfs is a read only filesystem, does it need userspace tools in an embedded build?

I don't think we need any tools beyond e2fsprogs, and even that won't get installed on many embedded systems. Closing this.
