x86_64 multilib libtool 64-bit instructions are incorrect

Description

The instructions read "Compile the package" followed by a command explanation for "make check", followed by the "make" command, then some test to find if the machine is big/little-endian, which I don't think applies to x86_64. What exactly should this page look like?

Sounds as if I broke this (and perhaps other multilib libtool-64) when I moved the main part into multilib/ to avoid the XML recursion. Thanks for checking it.
