Description
Actually, two problems:
- The translations of the "groups" manpage are not disabled.
- The rest of translated manpages are in UTF-8, while the "-Tlatin1" switch in groff configuration assumes manual pages in legacy 8-bit encodings.
Either convert manual pages as done in LFS, or disable installation of translated manual pages completely. As of now, translated manual pages are unreadable.

Looks like the first part (disabling translated manpages for groups) should just be a matter of changing the 2nd sed command to:
find man -name Makefile -exec sed -i 's/groups.1' {} \;
