Description
In section 10.15 SVN-20090706-x86_64-Multilib PPL won't compile unless one adds the build flags as in ticket #217 and in addition one changes to
--with-libgmp-prefix=/usr/lib64 --with-libgmpxx-prefix=/usr/lib64

That is not the correct use of that flag. Its a prefix not a full path. Will investigate the error.
