Bumping to 491 because of the following fixes since 487:

Major changes between "less" versions 487 and 491

* Don't output terminal init sequence if using -F and file fits on one screen.

* Use ANSI prototypes in funcs.h declarations.

* Fix some const mismatches.

* Remove "register" in variable declarations.

* Fix some memory leaks.
