Description
The new Eudev 989 requires gperf.
We need to add this to Ch 7 when the user wants to use the boot method.

Last build with boot system I didn't include gperf in cross-tools or during the boot method section. I found out that quite a few distros provide gperf which the host machine needs to run for completing the boot method.
We need to decide if we want to build gperf ourselves and put it in during cross-tools or during boot method before eudev.
