I had to add ""--with-ncurses-include-dir=${CLFS}/usr/include""
to the configure. Without this, 
NCURSES_INCLUDE=/usr/include/ncurses during the make, and if your
systems' ncurses is out of date then inetutils-1.5/talk/ctl.c 
fails to compile.
