Like has been done in LFS, and will be in few hours in BLFS and HLFS, I would to update the CLFS books sources to use  Docbook-XML DTD 4.5.

Before doing the upgrade, the package should be properly installed on the cross-lfs server.

Please, if you want this upgrade done, assign this ticket to me when the server has the package installed.
