If anyone has any issues put it in this ticket. The note will be removed as it doesn't seem to be required anymore.

I haven't had this problem in many builds. This note was added in a very early version of GMP. I haven't witnessed an issue sinced GMP version 5 or 6. It may have been a problem in 3 and 4.
