Renamed beyond-clfs to beyond-networking

Want to have an entire section dedicated to Beyond CLFS. Currently
all the packages in there are networking related so renamed the directory
"beyond-networking". Later there will be other "beyond-" directories
for other things, such as file systems or programming languages.
