== Packages for CLFS ==

Chapter 3 covers the needed packages and patches needed to build your CLFS system.  They are divided into 4 sections, packages and patches that are common to all architectures, and packages and patches needed only for your selected architecture.  You can find individual packages and tarballs of all needed packages on our FTP mirrors.  A list is available on the [wiki:mirrors] page.
