Revert "Removed uClibc-0.9.31-configs-2.patch"
This reverts commit ac7abbd37da6b00d9ee302533be565191fd6ff8b.
Rather than have a new configs patch for uClibc, let's just keep
the configs-2 patch and use some sed lines to choose the ARM ABI
in the uClibc chapter.
This should help with later modifications as there's less config files
to keep up-to-date when changing versions of uClibc.
